Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from BloomyBoxShop.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns must be requested by email before sending any item back.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at bloomycozy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- sale items
- gift cards
- personalized or custom products
- personal care or hygiene products

If you have questions about whether your item can be returned, please contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.  
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at bloomycozy@gmail.com.
